Every keralite want A Villa in kochi Metro

Every keralite want A  Villa  in kochi Metro
You call them Bombayites , delhiyites , calcutites or a gulfi, they want to perch their nest on the side of the queen of the Arabian sea or kochi whatever you call.
As Kochi is becoming a Metro and  an international city Keralites who sold their Homes and settled in USA  ,Canada  also wants piece of land in Kochi-The craze for “ ORUNAZI  MANNU ”  is catching up very fast before it becomes impossible.
People who left kerala in late 40s and fiftys  and settled in cities in Bombay cal, delhi  etc now wants to  come back to their home land especially kochi  either on permanent settlement or as an additional investment  or  as second home  even if their native place is  elsewhere.
There was  time  in kerala many  used  to book their train  ticket to Bombay after writing thei r Metriculation   exam   and with a typing  and short hand speed of 35 pm.Bombay was waiting for them as plenty of talented Keralites got their first jobs immediately on arrival for Rs35 pm and they used send  home Rs 10 to 15 which was good enough  in those days for their  elderly parents
The ablest of these have have retired as top executives from Private or became top ranking officials from govt. There are many who left their jobs and started  some odd business and became filthy rich due to sheer hard work.
There are Malayalees with just a Metriculation  certicate doing highly technical business and are very successful.A friend of mine is in to chemical manufacturing and is just a metriculate and supplies  to all big companies and not only that he even competes in tendering with MNC's..
There is another  friend of mine who  is into electronics and oil field business with ONGC  and oil india,he can hardly speak English but  is a very successful  business man estimated to be worth several crores in his 50s.
Why is that they want a home in Kochi opens up several questions being one in their mind is investment opportunity another could be insecurity in other state and third could  be in the hands of the ‘ gods own country “ and be a part of Kochi. visit for Affordable villas in Kochi  I villa presents a “villaBazar” www.ivillas.in-Villas from 16 lacs to 3.5 crores

Malayalees frequent  their home town each year during Onam,Xmas New year etc  and they don’t get enough time to shopping  around looking for a Villa which is tumultuous  task,  which each Malayalee  crave for, during  the short period of their stay here .
“iVillas.in” presents a villa Bazar  in their net  and offers   affordable villas  in  several locations  from  Angamaly to Maradu Suiting  each individual budget ranging  from 16 lacs to 3.5 crores.
Malayalies are big time investors and they believe in  investing in land and villas or houses.Though investments in landed properties appreciates all over  states, the rate of appreciation is much higher in Koch icity
George Thomas from Kuwait recalls his real estate investments  experience of one lac in Kadavanthara 15 years back on a 40 cent marshy land today fetches over  8 crores.

Malayalees building castles in and around Kochi

Malayalees working overseas especially in the gulf are building castles. With the recession visible  across the globe many constructions have come to a grinding halt as money supply is not forth coming.
It is  a life long ambition of every Malayalees to build a beautiful home. Some prefer to have it in their home town but some prefer to have it away to Kochi side for obvious reasons. Some wanted it for more comforts, convenience and sophistication etc. They are also quite right as the opportunity to get to good school, medical facilities, shopping, communication are all best suited in cities and town. Also the opportunity to get an employment or to start a new business is more suitable in towns.

The half built home talks of different stories as even big builders have stopped constructions of buildings in many locations.
What Ravi kumar did when he chose to have house is worth considering by others.
Ravi  wanted to build a 4 bed room house on a two story villa and intended to let out one floor on rent as its an independent floor with kitchen and self cotained bedrooms. The intention is to let out one floor when needed and use the whole house for self when not required as the children are too small..

People with unprecticable cash flow or jobs abroad should investle  their available funds wisely as in the event of interruption in cash flow you need not stop the who construction activities. If one is lucky and the construction is over you will see that the money started working  for you as the rent started coming in.

Cops can be brute- can They?

I was on the  high way cruising at  70/80 km speed near Alleppy when the cops stopped. The y told me that I am over speeding and need to pay fine.People were standing in queue to pay the fine.500 notes were  going in  and small 100 rupees notes  were coming.out.When my turn came I enquired why am I being  intercepted. The sr cop said that you are allowed to drive only 70km speed and you were speeding at 73 as per the radar.I argued that 70 and 73 does nt make abig difference and besides I was driving not beyond 70.
The cop said that I am allowed to see the radar report and took me  to the waiting car. They showed a laptop report that showed 73 km speed without mentioning the car number or the picture of the car driven.I said that this report need not be mine as there is no evidence of my car or it registration numbers.

I told that this is a gross nijustice as you are collecting a fine without any evidence. The cop was good and agreed with me and said that I could be right and allowed me to go scot free. Some cops are always nice.
